B/F - a bowl of cornflakes with low fat milk, coffee no sugar LF milk

M/T - 2 snack right biscuits, 1 apple

L - 3/4 of a lite mars bar (whoops  ) 1 slim secrets binge buster bar

A/T - Tuna and rice crackers + a weight watchers ice-cream - I was really hungry!

Dinner will be a 100gram lean piece of steak with tomato sauce and lots of steamed veggies.

Will most likely have another piece of fruit and a cup of tea after.

After water with dinner, my water intake will have been 3.5 ltrs.

Instead of the dinner above ^ I had a pork, veggie and noodle stir fry with a semi low fat sauce. Only a small amount of pork and it was the heart smart lean stuff.

I was still hungry afterwards, so had some water, but an hour on still hungry. So I had a nectarine, 10 rice crackers (like the sakata ones) 6 jelly babies and 2 snack right biscuits. I know I shouldn't have had all that but I was seriously still starving, so I tried to make somewhat good choices...believe me, I was tempted to open a bag of chips!

Feeling nice and satisfied now. I think I was extra hungry because I did more exercise today.

with your snacks, maybe try things like fruit & yoghurt. the protein will fill you up a lot more than high-carb, moreish things like the sakatas! and the jelly babies and snack rite bikkies probably would have just sent your sugar levels sky high and then crashing back down again, leaving you starving too. Just a suggestion :D
