B/F - a bowl of cornflakes with low fat milk, coffee no sugar LF milk
M/T - 2 snack right biscuits, 1 apple
L - 3/4 of a lite mars bar (whoops
) 1 slim secrets binge buster bar
A/T - Tuna and rice crackers + a weight watchers ice-cream - I was really hungry!
Dinner will be a 100gram lean piece of steak with tomato sauce and lots of steamed veggies.
Will most likely have another piece of fruit and a cup of tea after.
After water with dinner, my water intake will have been 3.5 ltrs.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
