1 slice wholegrain bread
1 soft boiled egg.

Snack
A hand full of my health mix - pumpkin seeds,
sunflower seeds, dried apricots, raisins.

muesli with strawberries and banana

Lunch
bean salad

Snacks
grapes, banana nectarine

Dinner
2 slices of toast, 1 with banana 1 with marmite
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
