This was one of my best days to date
B/F - Coffee no sugar with skim milk, 1 bowl of cornflakes with skim milk
M/T - nectarine
L - Tuna and a big salad with lettuce, low fat cheese, tomato, carrot, cucumber, radish and a drizzle of weight watchers ceaser salad dressing.
A/T - an apple
D - very small heart smart 80gram steak with tomato sauce with steamed veggies of cauliflower, brocoli, carrot and zuchini.
I've drunk 3tlrs of water, 1 glass of aloe vera juice and am now sipping on a cup of green/mint tea. If I get hungry later i'm going to take Ems suggestion and have some low fat yoghurt
