Breakfast
muesli with strawberries and banana

Lunch
chilli bean pie

snack
nectarine

dinner
piece of bread with vegemite
scrambled eggs and tomato on toast
2 weetbix with LFM


I just felt really hungry at dinner time :oops: oh well, I'll go for a nice long ride tomorrow to make up for it - and practice riding without killing myself
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Woohoo! I dropped another kilo this week.


Breakfast
A handful of seed mix made from
chopped apricots, raisins,
pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Lunch
A non soy chocolate protein shake

Snack
5 squares of 70% cocoa
black chocolate

Dinner
1 lge sausage roll
salad

500mls warm water and lemon juice
BREAKFAST
1 serve porridge

LUNCH
1/2 pita bread with cheese, tomato, ham

DINNER
1/2 chicken snitzel with tomato and cheese
Peas and carrots

SNACK
6 jatz, two small pieces brie, 1 chip and 1 dip of dip
Rockmelon, watermelon
1 small yoghurt
1/2 rockmelon

1 litre water
