So I have never been a very big fan of food diaries, perhaps because they keep me responsible for all my slip ups... but I think this time I will try and consistantly post in one.

2/02/08

Breakfast
-2 Slices Wholemeal toast with Marg, Vegemite and Honey.... haha nasty breakfast
-a berocca

Lunch
- Bowl of Tofu and Chinese Mushroom and rice... i really wanted a sandwich but my sandwich bar is closed today

Other
Small Bowl Sultana Bran... much better than the cheesy margherita pizza one of the guys at work was trying to convince me to eat

Dinner
Bowl of vegetarian shanghai noodles

now to be brutally honest

I was so tired last night from my lack of sleep so i decided it would be a great idea to lay in front of the tv and somehow i incorportaed getting of my lazy arse to go and buy a milky bar and then i ate some gummy lollies as well :shock: whats wrong with me? one day and i cant even control myself... ha ohhhh welll.. tomorrow is a new day...

total food for day:

bowl of sultana bran
piece of bread with vegemite and a tiny bit of honey
left over noodles
toast with veg & honey (before tat for energy haha)
indian food, im not sure what it was soemone else ordered it

Sultana Bran
noodles
salad made up of: lettuce, tomato, pickles onions, a little cheese, egg, carrot and cucumber with balsamic vinegar
a small handful of pickled onions and cherry tomatoes

total food for day

sandwich with: cheese, tomato, pickled onion, capers and cucumber
noodles
small bowl of sweet chilli chicken and rice ( :oops: )
and wayyyyyyy to much apple juice.... i was really thirsty yesterday and all i could think about was apple juice... LOTS of apple juice...

i have my half half with water but still not good :P

hmm im hungry is it dinner time yet?

Just going to butt in and say that the past few days you don't seem to have eaten much hun.

What about adding in some fruit and maybe a healthy muslie bar? I highly recommend slim secrets, they're yummy, i'm addicted to them :P
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

i tend to forget to eat when i am at home... tis weird i know.. but once i get into the office its like a turn into the food monster!

lemon and watermelon sorbet
left over noodles

small bowl of sultana bran (i was starving)
rice and crushed tomato
jar of baby food apple and black currant gel (only 250kjs)
3 table spoons of peppermint ice cream

3 tablespoons peppermint ice cream... i think it may be diet ice cream because its pretty low in fat and kilojoules... :S

you could eat more protein when you are hungry instead of carbs.

like 8-10 nuts, peanut butter on celery sticks, cheese
