New year, new eating plan! Please don't attack me for this :oops:

Snack - Small serve of bran
Breakfast - Optislim shake (they were on special :oops: )
Snack - Small apple, Home made protein bar
Lunch - Musashi 92 protein shake w. fibre
Snack - Veggie sticks, Hazelnuts
Dinner - Cheesy TVP loaf (another of my weird and wonderful creations lol) with steamed veggies
Dessert - Diet jelly, Boost smoothie on a stick

Shooting for a max of 5500kJ :)

B/F - milo bar, coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - an apple

L - 100 grams (dry weight) Ainsely Harriet cous cous

A/T - a banana and a slim secrets binge busters bar

Dinner will be grilled fish, salad and raw veggies with some low fat tartare sauce.

Possibly a cup of low fat yogurt too and a green/mint tea.

Water intake - 3ltrs.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

on awakening: aloe vera gel and minerals
spirulina tabs

2nd meal: 10 almonds
3rd meal: flake 1 small piece, raw vegies, capsicum, balsamic vinegar salad, 1tbsp ricotta
4th meal: 1 slice of pizza hawiian, on pitta bread spirulina zinc, green tea.
3 ltr water filtered

Breakfast: Peanut butter and jam on toast (2 slices)

Lunch: ham and salad sandwich
fruit salad and lowfat ice cream

Dinner: Pies and chips


Didn't do so well was just to lazy to cook and yes hubby cooked dinner! He won't be cooking again!
