breakfast: porridge with skim milk and honey
1 nectarine
coffee with skim milk and 1 teaspoon sugar

snack: 1 apple and some almonds

Dolly, how on earth does your mum get all that ready for brunch :shock: and wine at brunch :shock:

Breakfast
vitabrits with strawberries and banana

lunch
an apple and a nectarine and 2 pc bread with vegemite

Dinner
lamb and vege curry with ric

500mls warm water with lemon juice

BREAKFAST:
2 slices multigrain toast with 1/2 tin spaghetti

LUNCH
1/2 pitta bread with FF cheese, ham and tomato
Small bit of cottage cheese
Small tub LF yoghurt

SNACK
1 tomato
500mls water

Lasagne made with Mt bread and lots of veges in it + beetroot, carrot and celery (all raw)

Want the rain to stop as i just pick at food all day when im bored :oops:
