Last night - Tuna pouch and some chick nuts (GRRRR :evil: )
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Bran protein slice w. coffee
Lunch - Musashi 92 shake
Snack - Tuna pouch (I'm forcing myself to eat another one as punishment!!!) and some veggie sticks
Before gym tonight - Honey dew melon
Dinner - Cheesy TVP creation with steamed veggies
Dessert - Diet jelly

Tally 5500kJ (or 1300 cal as the case may be :wink: )

B/F - cornflakes with skim milk, coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - slim secrets mintabolism bar, a handful of potato chips :oops:

L - Pasta with a bolognase sauce and some low fat cheese - I miss pasta! I only had a small amount and need to get my cals up a bit, so thats ok.

A/t will be fruit and haven't decided on dinner yet, will update later. I love writing in this thing thats why i'm doing it now not later :lol:

Water intake so far is 3ltrs, but will be 4ltrs by the end of the day.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Lunch: Peach and yoghurt

Dinner: Lamb chops and salad

breakfast : omelette (egg, capsicum, ham tomato and cheese) with a slice of grain toast
lunch: jesters ned kelly pie (its ok its got the heart tick :P)
afternoon tea: le snak
dinner: honey soy chicken lite n easy meal
desert: grapes or yoghurt

cals: 1335 :)

Ok, so A/T was an apple and a biscuit

Dinner was an omlette - 1 whole egg + an extra egg white with skim milk, low fat cheese, ham and tomatoe with bbq sauce.

I also had some low fat yogurt an hour or so before dinner.

Am now having a cup of green/mint tea then off to bed, i'm tired!

Oh, and water intake was 4.5lts. It was quite hot here today before the wind hit.

3rd jan intake

Overnight: 3 sticks celery

On awakening: aloe and minerals, 2 glasses filtered water.

Breakfast: strawberries and 10 almonds
Snack: 2 sips diet coke
Lunch: Meal 3: 2 weetbix with rev milk and benefiber
Snack:strawberries and 1 tbsp ricotta,
Meal3: 3 eggs with capsicum, onion, celery, mustard, chilli, ricotta.
Snack: half piece of flake (not fried), green tea,
Snack: 3 strawbs, celery sticks, 10 almonds

breakfast - cocoa pops (we are still getting rid of them is my excuse!) with hilo (a canberra low fat milk) and a smoothie made of apple juice, half a fresh mango and half a fresh banana.

at work - coffee

lunch - spaghetti (plain) with tuna (tomato and basil) and a small can of corn.

afternoon - another coffee, a couple of small apricots.

snack - two slices of cheese when I got home before the gym.

dinner - brown rice with a stirfry made with mushrooms, bok choy and snow peas, flaked almonds and soy.

after dinner snack.... a lindt dark chocolate ball. I needed the treat!
