B/F - cornflakes with skim milk, coffee no sugar skim milk
M/T - slim secrets mintabolism bar, a handful of potato chips
L - Pasta with a bolognase sauce and some low fat cheese - I miss pasta! I only had a small amount and need to get my cals up a bit, so thats ok.
A/t will be fruit and haven't decided on dinner yet, will update later. I love writing in this thing thats why i'm doing it now not later
Water intake so far is 3ltrs, but will be 4ltrs by the end of the day.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
