500mls warm water with lemon juice

BREAKFAST
2 slice multigrain toast with 1/2 tin spaghetti, no butter

SNACK
500mls water and an apple

2 vitabrits with strawberries and banana

Snack
grapes

Lunch
a little left over lamb curry and a little rice salad

Snack
a nectarine

Dinner
rice salad and fruit salad with yoghurt.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

1 boiled egg
1 banana
500mls water

DINNER
Beef and vegetable stirfry

SNACK
1 boiled egg
1 nectarine
