Couldn't sleep again last night, and in my waking up times ventured to the kitchen and ate:
- 1 tin of tuna
- a tuna steak (god I'm gross!!!)
- 2 boost icecreams
Now, my daytime eating....
Breakfast - Optislim shake w. coffee (put a teaspoon of coffee in the chocolate shake, made a mocha shake lol)
Morning snack - Protein crunch w. soy milk
Lunch - Musashi 92 shake
Afternoon snacks - Cashew nuts and veggie sticks
Before gym - Honeydew melon
Dinner - Fried tofu with salad, Diet jelly
After dinner - Nothing, I don't deserve it after my midnight antics
