FRIDAY!!!! 4th January

Couldn't sleep again last night, and in my waking up times ventured to the kitchen and ate:
- 1 tin of tuna
- a tuna steak (god I'm gross!!!)
- 2 boost icecreams

Now, my daytime eating....

Breakfast - Optislim shake w. coffee (put a teaspoon of coffee in the chocolate shake, made a mocha shake lol)
Morning snack - Protein crunch w. soy milk
Lunch - Musashi 92 shake
Afternoon snacks - Cashew nuts and veggie sticks
Before gym - Honeydew melon
Dinner - Fried tofu with salad, Diet jelly
After dinner - Nothing, I don't deserve it after my midnight antics :evil:

Looking at max of 1500cal.

OK. So far today...

Breakfast - cocoa pops (yes yes, I know, but we are almost out) with hilo, two pieces of (white) toast with marg and vegemite. I stood and thought about the marg for a while, and then used it sparingly.

snack - coffee at work. full cream milk though! Why has our milk lady not brought low fat today?!

Lunch - had a work farewell lunch at a vietnemese restaraunt. Everyone else was ordering a plate of food and then sharing. I ordered my own lunch box meal (which is slightly smaller than the standard serve) and it came with rice. I had fish (steamed or poached) with ginger and shallots. Was also cheaper. Chose no entree and had a diet coke with it. I think it was a better option (the fish) and while still not great, was hopefully lower in fat. At least it wasnt fried! And it had a lot of vegies with it.

Snack - an orange

Update ....

Went shopping after work and stood in the food court with my partner and tried to decide what I wanted. We both decided to come home instead. Both had a Skinny Boost for a snack.

Dinner (will be) tuna pasta bake.

Ok so far I had:

Breakfast Coco Pops and skim milk

Snack: Coke Zero and Plum

Lunch: I had 2 bacon and eggs sandwich with bacon on the side.

Dinner: crumbed fish, mash potato and veges.

B/F - cornflakes with skim milk, coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - half a musashi protein bar

L - Low fat chicken, cheese and salad sandwich on soy and linseed bread

A/T - a mango and a nectarine

Dinner will be a stir fry with heart smart mince, veggies, hokien noodles and a low fat/carb/cal sauce.

Perhaps some LF yoghurt afterwards.

Water intake - 3ltrs +
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

on awakening: aloe vera gel and liquid minerals, 4 spirulina tablets

Breakfast: 2 weetbix with rev milk and 10 almonds, benefibre
Detox tab.
Snack: low cal protein bar (133 cals)
Snack: 8 almonds/ 1/3 cup protein shake
Meal: celery sticks with 1 egg/ tuna tin, chilli paste

Drinking 2+ lts filtered water, green tea.

Supper: strawberries/ 10 almonds, green tea/herbal tea.
