B/F - A small bowl of soy and linseed bran with skim milk, coffee no sugar skim milk.

M/T - Protein bar - 20grams protein, 125 cals, 20grams carbs, 3.4grams fat and quite yummy!

L - A serving of low carb pasta with low fat bolognase sauce and low fat cheese. 1/2 a low fat brownie.

A/T - 1 apple, 1 nectarine

Dinner will be grilled fish, salad and raw broccoli and cauliflower.

A cup of green/mint tea afterwards and perhaps 1/2 a cup of low fat yoghurt.

Water intake will be 3ltrs. I've only had 2ltrs so far, i'm slack today :lol:
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

overnight: 1 orange juice (half glass)

1200 On awakening: aloe vera, minerals, filtered water.

Breakfast: 2 weetbix with benefibre and skim milk, 8 almonds

Meal 2: 6 inch subway with avacado and chicken no sauce, vegies/ salad.

snack: 3 mini orderves, half glass champagne

Meal 3:Chicken breast small piece, salad, 1 small bread roll, 4 olives, 1 stuffed pepper (small), 1 small serve (tbsp) pasta salad.

Desert: 1 proftterole with white chocolate and custard (wedding cake)

Snack : 2 ricotta puffs, 2 mini vegie/ curry puffs.

Snack: (on the way home) 2 spoonfulls (large) of chocolate sundae, 1/6 cheeseburger (small bite)

Overall a difficult day with lots of food choices, did well for me though, useally would have had an all out binge.

Back to healthy Sunday.

Wonder how many cals that would have been yesterday? definately more than 1200 lol!
