DINNER

a small serve of curried prawns with veggies
and steamed rice

500mls water and lemon juice

Curried egg
Banana and NF yoghurt

Macca's Tandoori Deli Choice (lowest fat and calorie one)
2 chicken nuggets :oops:

2 small beef kebabs
Porridge

2 nectarines

Breakfast
fruit salad and yoghurt (no fat)

Lunch
a little rice salad, 2 slices 8 grain toast with vegemite and some grapes

Dinner
went out with mum and dad - had a warm chicken salad and fruit salad with yoghurt after I got home from bike riding.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
