fruit salad and yoghurt (no fat)
a little rice salad, 2 slices 8 grain toast with vegemite and some grapes
went out with mum and dad - had a warm chicken salad and fruit salad with yoghurt after I got home from bike riding.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
