B/F - 1 piece of toast (soy and linseed bread) with honey (no butter) a banana and 2 coffees - no sugar skim milk
M/T - Slim secrets mintabolism bar and 1/2 a low fat brownie, a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon.
L - an omlette - 1 egg + an egg white with 97% fat free chicken, tomatoe and low fat cheese
A/T - 1/2 a protein bar and a nectarine
Dinner will be a chicken vegie and pasta bake. Only a very small amount of pasta spirals, chicken, low fat mushroom sauce, broccoli, cauliflower, capsicum, corn and asian peas.
Maybe some yoghurt later and a green tea.
Water intake 3+ltres.
