Overnight - Tuna pouch :oops:
Snack - Small serve of bran, coffee
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Pumpkin protein slice
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snacks - Veggie sticks, Natural yoghurt 150g, half punnet strawberries
Dinner - Low carb pasta w. tuna tomato sauce & steamed veggies
Dessert - Diet jelly, Jarrah Chocolatte

Max 1200cal for the above.

B/F - hot water and lemon, a coffee and 1/2 cup yoghurt

M/T - half a proten bar - mmmmm choc brownie flavour!

L - 1 frys turkish delight, an apple and about 1 cup of left over dinner from last night - chicken, veggies and pasta

A/T - 1 cup of berries - strawberries and rasberries

Dinner will be either steak and steamed veggies or a pita bread pizza with low fat everything. I will update :)

Water intake is 3lts so far, will prob be 3.5-4ltrs by the end of the day.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Ok, I have to add a few things to my A/T :oops: Tuna and crackers, a WW ice-cream and a handful of chips :oops: I worked really hard today so i'm not all that worried, + I felt like junk today, so not as bad as it could've been. Having pita pizza tonight to help satisfy my craving!

Breakfast - cocoa pops (the last of it!) with low fat milk, two pieces of toast with all fruit jam (and no marg).

Snack - Apple, and a coffee (at different times)

Lunch - pita bread pocket with tuna (in spring water), a small can of corn, two grape tomatos and some lettuce.

Snack - yogurt

Another snack - a small callipo when raiding my mum's house for eggs and a popcorn machine.

Dinner - pasta with pumpkin and garlic.

*sigh* ok add to my list a further tuna pouch, extra 120 cals. These things are starting to be a problem lol :roll:

on arising: aloe/minerals

meal: 2 weetbix with benefibre, 1/2 cup skim milk, 8 almonds

Snack: 10 almonds, green tea

meal: pitta bread with tin tuna sundried tomato flavour

Snack: ginger tea, 6 strawberries,.

Meal: toasted pitta bread, Dip: 1 tbsp low fat ricotta mixed with chilli, garlic and 20g tasty low fat cheese,

Water 1.5Ltr

I followed in your foot steps of night eating Sarah :oops: Right before I went to bed and I haven't done that in ages!

I had:

8 jelly babies
6 rice crackers
1/2 a low fat choc patty cake

Whoops :oops:
