plain skim yogurt and blueberries

Lunch (will be)
shake1 soft boiled egg
1 slice wholemeal bread

a frozen banana

Dinner (will be)
Roast chicken and vege

a slice of vegemite toast
1 glass of skim milk

500mls warm water and lemon
Small tub youghurt

500mls water
8 rice crackers, Extra low fat philly cheese

1 can lemonade
Combination chop suey with rice

500mls water
DINNER (will be)
Bowl of carrots & peas
Maybe a small yoghurt

muesli with strarberries

2 slices 8 grain sourdough toast with vegemite, grapes and a nectarine

red kidney bean tacos with salad toppings and a tiny bit of cheese.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
