Snack - Half serve of bran, coffee
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Home made protein bar
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snacks - Veggie sticks, Natural yoghurt, Watermelon
Dinner - Chinese tofu w. steamed veggies
Dessert - Diet jelly, Jarrah chocolatte

Total of 1200cals.

B/F - coffee no sugar skim milk, a banana and a milo bar

M/T - Slim secrets binge buster bar

L - Low fat chicken, cheese and salad sandwich on soy and linseed bread. 1/8th of a piece of low fat pita bread pizza left over from last night :oops:

A/T - protein bar and a cup of berries - strawberry and rasberry

Dinner - grilled steak (100grams, heart smart) with steamed veggies - corn, broccoli, carrot & zuchini

Desert - 1 weight watchers ice-cream. Hot water with a slice of lemon.

Water intake 3ltrs +
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

on arising: aloe vera and minerals

Breakfast: 2 weetbix with milk and 8 almonds.

Snack:1 binge buster bar.

Lunch: Boost juice small Gym junkie

Dinner: piece fish (flake) thai red curr with ginger pumpkin brocchili, low fat ricotta cheese (2tbsp)

Green tea/ spirulina

Supper: 6 strawberries.

Breakfast - 2 pieces of white toast with jam, no butter. Coffee.

snack - coffee
snack 2 - apricot and nectarine

lunch - lettuce, tomato and cheese sandwhich on multigrain, with mustard.

snack - grapes and home made popcorn (no butter)

dinner - frittata with spinach and tomato.
