Overnight - Fat free cheese x2pc, Chick nuts :x
Snack - Banana
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Pumpkin protein slice
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snack - Veggie sticks w. tsaziki, Almonds
Dinner - Lc pasta w. tuna tomato sauce & steamed veggies, Diet jelly & soy icecream

About 1350 cals for that :)

B/F - coffee no sugar skim milk, hot water and lemon, a banana

M/T - SS mintabolism bar, an apple

L - low carb pasta with low fat pasta sauce and a sprinkle of LF cheese

A/T - 1 low fat choc fudge brownie, 1 nectarine

D - I didn't eat a proper dinner tonight :oops: 50grams of veggie chips from the health food store, 1 low fat choc fudge brownie, 8 jelly babies :oops: I'm annoyed at not seeing a change so just ate what I felt like :oops:

Water intake - currently 2ltrs, but will easily reach 3L by the end of the day.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Yeah it's pretty good! Not as low in carbs as the brand I was getting (from an online store that seems to have shut down, very disappointing), but it's still a lower than normal stuff, and I can get it from the supermarket :D Thanks for suggesting it!!

On arising: aloe vera/ minerals

Breakfast: 2 weetbix skim milk, ginger, 10 almonds

Snack: chocolate protein bar

Meal: 6inch sub chicken and avacado roll (450 cals )

snack: 1 hot chocolate

Snack: Strawberries, 8 almonds

Meal: pumpkin, 10g cheese, broccholi
green tea

STarting to like the green tea quite alot. Drinking Filtered water 2 +Lts

took 1 fish oil today (had other good fat in avacado)
2 spirilina.

Cals: 1278

Add 2 pieces of fat free cheese, 15g of musashi protein powder (from my "top shelf" stash, no other picking from there though!) and a Boost smoothie on a stick to my list. An extra 200 cals :x
