Snack (before gym) - Half serve of bran
Breakfast (after gym) - Optislim shake
Snack - Home made protein bar
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snacks - Watermelon, Almonds, Veg sticks w. tzaziki
Dinner - Satay tofu w. salad & coleslaw (not doing the steam veg tonight, too hot!!)
Dessert - Soy icecream, Diet jelly

Total (including last nights escapade) of 1320 cal

The above is all I will eat, I will not pick at anything or eat anything during the night tonight. If I can do this, I'm rewarding myself with a cool bath tomorrow after work. If not... it's a hot shower for me (punishment enough in the 40 degree heat??)

B/F - coffee no sugar skim milk, a banana and 10 almonds

M/T - an apple and a nectarine

L - big salad with lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, carrot, shallots, low fat cheese, tuna and low fat chicken meat. Slim secrets binge buster bar

A/T - a small handful of veggie chips, 3/4 cup of LF yoghurt

D - grilled dory fish fillets with veggies - cauliflower, broccoli and zucchini.

Water intake 3ltrs+

Calories for the day - 1300, fat 27grams, carbs - 170grams, protein 90grams, fibre 26 grams.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

This is a recording!!! LAST NIGHT I ATE.....
* A protein bar
* A second serving of soy icecream (the last one, which I was saving for tonight)
* A serve of bran plus
* A serve of almonds
and I think that's all.... that I can remember anyway

*reaches for calculator* 380 calories!!!

ooohh not a great day for me yesterday!

Breakfast - toast and vegemite.
Snack - watermelon that I HATED eating
Lunch - rice paper rolls (these I think are a really good lunch option)

And now it gets bad:

Snack - WW Muffin Break choc raspberry muffin, a few marshmallows
Snacks at home - a piece of nougat
Dinner - Salmon with asparagus, eggplant and coucous (this was actually quite healthy and good)
Desert - half a Boost chocolate bar. (bad, bad, bad!!!!!!!!!)

Annoyed as I went to the gym and did aqua and felt that I wrote it off!

on arising: aloe vera/ minerals

2 glasses of filtered water

Vibrations machine 10 mins (on low)

Breakfast: 2 weetibix with benefibre, 1tsp ginger.

Snack: Almonds 10, strawbs/ peach pieces, green tea

Meal: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup milk, broccholi florretts, cheese 40g, ricotta low fat 1 tbsp.

Snack: green tea, 6 almonds, diet choc mousse.

Snack: 10 almonds, filtered water with benefibre.
2+Ltr water filtered.

TOTAL: 1100 cals

Another good day .
