my 'i refuse to feel guilty' diary

well ive decided cause im exercising again ill start my own food diary again, but no matter what i wont feel guilty if i actually crave something and eat it. But i must eat healthy everyday even if i eat something i craved for that was 'naughty' hehe
so today i ate not in order:
a fruit salad + 2 bananas
2 meat pies with sce
chicken pieces that are in the frozen section for kids in shapes
1 diet pepsi
2 w.w ice creams
walked for 20mins and have done my weights workout
