Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Atkins morning shine bar (I did bring one of my pieces of pumpkin slice to work.... but it was RANK!!! Completely inedible!! :evil: Just made a mercy dash to the local supermarket!), and a coffee, which was not strong enough obviously.... having a bad morning :cry:
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snacks - Veggie sticks, Tuna pouch (yes I managed to save one!) and some Icy Cold Watermelon (looking forward to that... if that's not off too!!!)
Dinner - Soy sausages w. salad & coleslaw, Diet jelly
After dinner - Vodka! And ICE!! (not even a shot left, so I might as well finish it off :roll: )

1100cals for that, adding in last nights effort of 380 cals, 1480cals :roll:

B/F - omlette with 1 egg and 1 egg white, low fat chicken meat, low fat cheese, tomato, salt and pepper and BBQ sauce. Coffee no sugar skim milk.

M/T - a nectarine, a friand (OMG, it was to die for!) and a skinny cappachino.

L - 6 inch low fat roasted chicken sub from subway and a nectarine

A/T - snack attack slim secrets bar

D - will be chicken and veggies, with a few noodles and low fat sauce stir fry.

Might have some yoghurt after that and a lemon and hot water tea.

Water intake 3+ltrs.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

On arising: aloe vera and minerals

Breakfast: 2 weetbix with 1/2 cup milk, benefibre, 8 almonds, 4 strawbs.

Snack: 10 almonds/ protein pria bar, spirulina tabs (2)

Meal: 1 serve fish (dory) no fat, no flour, salad lemon juice as dressing.

Snack: protein bar low cals

green tea, filtered water 2lts+

Cals: 876

Will have to up cals tonight until 1150 or 1200. so have 274-324 cals left to eat. ? almonds/ strawbs (150)

Another good day today.
Been on the vibratone for 30 mins varied low- high.

*sigh* here we go again....
2 pieces of fat free cheese
3 protien bars
1 boost smoothie on a stick
for a grand total of 390 cals

Fortunately, my new weekly challenge starts tomorrow, so no more of these silly messages from me for at least a week!!!!!
