B/F - coffee, no sugar skim milk, a banana, 10 almonds

M/T - protein bar, 1 apple, a cup of hot water and lemon

L - a big salad with LF chicken meat and cheese and 25 grams of veggie chips

A/T - 3/4 cup LF yoghurt with 5 strawberries

D - will be heart smart beef and veggie stir fry with LF sauce

Water intake 2.5ltrs

Calories - 1300, fat - 25grams, carbs - 155 grams, protein - 90 grams, Fibre - 22 grams.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

O/A aloe vera and minerals.

Breakfast: 2 weetbix, rev milk, fibre linseed mix, strawbs, almonds 8.

Snack: 1 peach, 10 almonds, green tea.

Mini meal: celery sticks, peach, 10 almonds

Snack: strawbs, blueberries, choc mousse, 1/2 protein choc bar.

Dinner: thinking of chicken, tzaeki (skinny), avacado, brown rice, broccholi, carrot.

CALS so far (not including dinner: 715)

CALS AIM total: 1200

WATER filtered: 2 Ltr

VIBRATONE : 20 mins

Dinner (actual): celery sticks with peanut butter 20g.
3/4 cup milk, musashi (1 scoop) vanilla protein powder.

Desert: half tub choc/ mint mousse

Breakfast - Banana & bran protein pancake
Snack - Pumpkin protein slice, Almonds
Lunch - Bean salad, Mintabolism bar
After gym - Watermelon
Dinner - Soy sausages w. steamed veg
Dessert - Low carb icecream & diet jelly
Snacks - Fun sized mars bar, Jarrah chocolatte, Protein bar

To this point 1460 cal, great, just what I was hoping for

But, there's always more!!!! :roll:

Overnight - Tuna pouch, Boost smoothie on a stick, and some nuts (not sure how many). 200+ extra cals

Ok so stuffed up first night of my challenge. Thinking about it too much! And, forgot to clean my teeth (yuck) :oops:
