Day 1 on the Tony Ferguson Diet will be:-

Breakfast
Banana Shake protein/vitamins

Snack
1 cup of frozen blueberries

Lunch
Stir fry chicken
1 cup of capsicum
1 cup of bokchoy
1 cup of onion

Snack
1 nectarine

Dinner
Chocolate Shake protein/vitamins

Snack
diet jelly

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries

snack
1 apple 1 banana

lunch at wedding #1
1.5 sausages and salad

snack
1 nudie icypole

dinner at wedding #2
tuna salad, rice, roast pork, quail, salmon, salad (amounting to 1 small plate) strawberries and a small piece of cake and 1 small glass of wine to toast the bride and groom.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
