Mocca diet shake

Snack

Lunch
Strawberries & Cream diet shake

Snack
fruit

Dinner
meat
3 cups of greek salad

10pm Thyroxine medication

Breakfast
2 vita brits and muesli with strawberries and banana

lunch
2 slices of wholemeal toast with vegemite

dinner
homemade tuna vege pizza with just a little cheese. a slice of watermellon and some grapes.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
