2 vitabrits with a bit of muesli and strawberries

snack
grapes and pistachio nuts

lunch
2 slices wholemeal toast with vegemite, a banana and some grapes

dinner
bean tacos
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
