B/F - 1 bowl of special K w/dried berries, skim milk, coffee no sugar skim milk

M/T - 1 apple, 3/4 cup of LW yogurt with fresh rasberries and strawberries

L - LF chicken meat, cheese and salad sandwich on soy and linseed bread, 2 mini mushroom pizzas with LF tomato paste, and a very small amount of LF cheese, salami and WW bacon

A/T - slim secrets mintabolism bar, WW ice cream

Just before dinner - 1 mango

D - will be grilled fish with a big salad

Total for the day

Calories - 1340
Fat - 32 grams
Carbs - 185 grams
Protein - 87 grams
Fibre - 25 grams
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Snack - Small serve of bran
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Watermelon, Protein bar
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snack - Almonds, Veggie sticks, Nutrient secrets bar
Drink - Glass of wine :oops:
Dinner - Soy sausages w. steamed veg, Diet jelly, Jarrah chocolatte

All up about 1400cal

On arising: aloe vera and minerals, 2 glasses filtered water.

Breakfast: 1 scoop protin powder skim milk. blueberries/ 2 weetbix.

Snack: 1/2 boost juice, green tea.

Meal: chicken soup, benefibre with 1/2 cup pitta bread, tzaeki

Snack: 20 g peanut butter on celery sticks, green tea.

Meal: egg, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, chilli.

Snack: almonds and strawbs
