My plan for the day.

Breakfast
Chocolate diet shake

Snack
Blueberries

Lunch
Large Chicken stirfry

Snack
Apple

Dinner
Banana diet shake

Snack
1 slice of toast and jam
with a cup of caffine free international toast

great plan.imy plan is 2 wheat bix with skim milk,fruit salad(morning tea),tuna and salad(lunch) milo with skim for aternoon tea and chicken and vegies for t.and diet jelly for dessert.and water of course.

Thanks for saying diet Jelly. I forgot I'm allowed to eat diet jelly on the Tony Ferguson plan. will get some now :D Yay!

breakfast
3 vitabrits witrh strawberries and banana

lunch
2 pieces toast with vegemite, a peach and some nuts and sultanas

dinner
fish with bean salad. Maybe a glass of wine - censored day :(
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

500mls warm wtaer and lemon

4 Vita Wheats with cheese
1 pear

Small glass of yoghurt
1 curried egg on two slices wholemeal bread

Bolognaise with low carb pasta, peas, roasted potatoes and a sprinkle of cheese
