Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Nutrient secrets bar & coffee
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snacks - Veggie sticks, Tuna pouch, Watermelon
Dinner - Tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly, Jarrah chocolatte

Breakfast - small piece of frittata
Lunch - small serve of left over chow mein
Dinner - salad and baked chicken kiev

B/F - coffee no sugar skim milk, special K with dried berries, skim milk, 1/2 a cup of yoghurt and fresh rasberries and strawberries

M/T - 10 almonds, 5 cashews (raw) slim secrets binge buster bar, an apple (over an hour or so)

L - 2 saladas with low fat cheese and chicken meat, tomato

A/T - 2 rice cakes, a small bunch of grapes

D - small piece of grilled chicken with LF tomato based sauce, LF cheese, mushrooms, steamed asparagus, cauliflower and carrot.

Water intake 2.5-3ltrs.

Only estimated my cals of 1500
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Breakfast: 2 weetbix with skim milk, benefibre, nuts, blueberries

Snacks: metabo-boost bar

Snack: 3 chips/ I diet coke, 1 splice icecream.

Meal: Protein shake/ veg.

Snack: blueberries with almonds

Water 1Ltr today
