3 vitabrits with strawberries and banana

morning tea at work - nothing healthy and I didn;'t want to feel left out. I had a homemade marshmallow snowball and a small gingerbread biscuit and some dry water crackers. 5 mins later I had a sugar headache and felt sick so was safe form eating anything else.

2 slices toast with vegemite, grapes

vege based spaghetti
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
