breakfast
2 vitabrits with a bit of muesli, strawberries and banana

lunch
2 slices toast with vegemite, a peach some bean salad and some grapes

dinner
kangaroo fillets with grilled vegies (was a nice small serve - very yummy) and only soda water to drink. Some grapes when I got home.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
