Snack - Bran
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Home made protein bar, Veggie sticks
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snack - Almonds, Pumpkin soup
Dinner - Frittata w. steamed veg, Diet jelly, Jarrah chocolatte.

1300cals

EDIT:
Add a 20g piece of soy cheese that I ate while cooking dinner, and a 50g serve of icecream later in the evening. An extra 100cals.

breakfast: small serve of frittata
lunch: left over chow mein
dinner: salad and meat of some sort (not sure what yet :))

Wake up - Glass of water
Breakfast - A sachet of oat temptations, banana, glass of water
Lunch - Ham, salad sandwhich (wholemeal), glass of water
Snack - Cup of popcorn
Dinner - grilled chicken and steamed vegies, glass of water

1.5 litres of water throughout the day.

B/F - coffee no sugar skim milk, milo muslie bar thing

Then from 10am-4pm I snacked throughout the day and ate:
Protein bar
15 almonds
1 banana
1 nectarine
1 cup of LF yogurt with fresh rasberries and strawberries
2 rice cakes
Fat free salsa with 6 little rice crackers
Slim secrets snack attack bar

Dinner - Lean 100gram grilled steak, medium sized mushroom pizza with LF salami and cheese and WW bacon, cob of corn.

Water intake - 2+ltrs
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

On arising: aloe vera and minerals.

Breakfast: 2weetbix skim milk, 5 almonds, benefibre
Green tea.

Snack: 1 scoop protein powder, skim milk, half tablespoon of maximum greens. Fish oil

Meal: chicken breast, broccholi, garlic, tzaeki 60g, brown rice 1/3 cup, capsicum, mushrooms.

Desert/ snacks: almonds straberries (5), choc mousse (semi-frozen)


YUMMM

TOTAL CALS: 1078

Vibratone 30 mins.

tbsp peanut butter, celerysticks.

1/2 cup popcorn, strawberries.
