Todays food

Diet shake
nectarine
Satay chicken and salad
1 cup of blueberries

breakfast 2 wheat bix with half cup skim milk,morning t a piece of brown bread with peanut butter,lunch tuna and salad,a.tea orange and banana, dinner apricot chicken and vegies and diet jelly for dessert.i am having more today to eat cause it is the weekend and i used to have take away for t on saturdays.atleast this food is better for me than take away.

very true we should all do something like that because the weekends is where the majority of people undo all the good food control work we have done during the week.

Breakfast
2 vitabrits with alittle muesli strawberries and banana

lunch
a chilli bean pie with chutney

snack
some grapes, a pice of bread with peanut butter, a cup of rooibos tea

Dinner
2 pieces of bread with peanut butter. banana, cup of rooibos tea
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
