Do I eat too much?

My diet diary is similar everyday -

Breakfast - All bran
Morning snack - low fat museli bar
Lunch - Turkey, low fat cheese, avocado, lettuce & cranberry multi grain roll and an apple
Afternoon snack - nectrine
Dinner - Salad

I do a 30-45 minute circuit class every night (and sometimes have an icy-pole to cool down).

Am I eating too much?
SW - 75.9
CW - 68
Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)

i wouldn't have thought so. have you tried using calorie king? that lets you input your height & weight, activity levels etc & will help you come to a daily calorie allowance. while everyone is different, it is useful as a guide. their website is http://www.calorieking.com.au.

from a glance, i'd say you were eating too little. as sassi recommends, maybe check out calorieking and see how you are going?

remember, you should never eat under 1200 calories per day as it's not healthy

Here here - my thoughts exactly!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
