2 vitabrits, with alittle muesli banana and strawberries

Lunch
boiled egg sandwich

snack
some grapes

dinner
baked potato, pumpkin, carrot onion and garlic, steamed broccoli cauliflower peas and beans.

breakfast :an english muffin with poached egg.bacon short cut with fat cut off and lite cheese.yummy :oops: lunch:fruit salad and custard afternoon t :milo on skim dinner:chicken kebabs on the bbq with pineapple,onion,capsicum,mushrooms and chicken breast. cant wait till dinner!dolly your dinner sounds nice.

sorry dolly.i know u cant have dairy.i made on skim milk.it was yummy.hope u r still on track.i shouldnt tease by writing up my food hey.
