Snack - Bran
Breakfast - Coffee Optislim shake
Snack - Home made protein bar
Lunch - Chocolate Optislim shake
Snack - Veggie sticks, Almonds, Apple
Dinner - Frittata w. steamed veg, Diet jelly, Low carb icecream
Drink - Small glass of wine

Total of 1300 cal (again!)

Lunch - salad and chicken
Dinner - maybe home made pizza's... not too sure yet.

B/F - coffee no sugar skim milk, omlette 1 egg + egg white, LF chic, cheese, tomatoe, S&P, BBQ sauce

M/T - Low fat blueberry muffin, a mango

L - Tuna and salad on wholemeal pita bread

A/T - Binge buster bar, 2 fun size milky ways :oops:

D - heart smart beef, veggie and udon noodle stir fry with LF sauce

Desert - (I ate this before 7pm) 1 small Nanas low fat apple pie with a small bar of light and creamy ice-cream.

Oh man, i'm slipping, i've gotta get a grip! This last week i've eaten at least 1 bit of junk food a day!

Total cals - 1450. I WAY overdid my carbs today :oops:

2.5ltrs water
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

on arising: aloe vera minerals

Breakfast: weetbix, rev milk, benefibre, 8 almonds

Snack: choc mousse, 10 nuts green tea.

Meal: 4 bean mix, cheese, chilli.

Meal: Protein shake, 1/2 cup skim milk

Snack: 10 nuts, choc mousse.

Too much choc mousse but within cals.

* a 25g piece of soy cheese
* a tuna pouch
* about 15 almonds

about 300 extra cals :roll:

B/F- uncle tobys fibre plus cereal with 1/2 banana

M/T- 1 dark chocolate lindt ball....2/5 of a snack size mars bar

L- 1 1/2 small white bread rolls with ham and salami
1 pc cheese, 3 slices tomato

A/T- lite yoghurt
9 small pc of 70% dark choc

D- scrambled eggs on wholemeal bread.
-small salad
