Breakfast
2 vitabrits with some muesli, banana and strawberry,
glass of juice with kelp tablet and ecchinacea biotic stuff.

Lunch
grapes, 2 pieces toast with vegemite, salad

Snack
tangerine

dinner
bean tacos with salad toppings and a pear.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

500mls warm water and lemon

2 slices MG toast with FF cheese and tomato

Thin slices of potato cooked in oven put on sandwich with a little salsa

Roast chook, potatoes, sweet poatatoes, carrot, peas and gravy

FF youghurt with grapes and rockmelon

2 litres water
