Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries and banana

Lunch
2 slices of toast with vegemite, a pear and some grapes

Snack
a tangello and a nectarine

Dinner
home made pizza with a little cheese and 1/2 a beer. (beer and pizza were made for each other :oops: )
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

500mls warm water and lemon

3 crepes with honey and lemon juice

4 vita wheats, FF cheese and tomato

2 beef kebab on stick with carrots, peas, corn, mashed potato with onions

Rockmelon and grapes
