The diet shakes are starting to make me gain weight, I'll continue the Ferguson diet until Satureday (which is when I run out of sachets} then if it doesn't show an improvement I won't bother ordering any more.
Todays meal plan.

Breakfast
Diet Shake
fruit

Lunch
chicken salad

Dinner
Diet Shake
fruit

Breakfast:
1/3 cup muesli
1/3 cup lite milk
1 apple

Lunch:
2 piece vegemite toast

Dinner:
chicken and mushroom pasta

Snacks:
4 corn thins with butter
15g candy

Bugger about the shakes Dolly. Maybe you should demand your money back!

Breakfast
2 vitabrits with a bit of muesli, strawberries and bananas

snack
grapes

lunch
2 slices toast with vegemite a pear and a nectarine

snack
apple

dinner
spaghetti with vege sauce.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I can't demand my money back because they did warn me that it might not work on someone with hypothyroidism because the soy protein in the shakes is a goitrogen that could slow down or stop my metabolism.
never mind, ya live and learn.
