1 slice of toast
2 cups of coffee

breakfast
2 vitabrits with a bit of muesli, strawberries and banana

snack
grapes and some cashews and sunflower seeds

lunch
2 slices toast with vegemite and a nectarine (resisted the KFC other workers bought for lunch :evil: )

snack
a corn thin and a few cashews

dinner
rice with red lentil dahl. and a bite of the bloke's coconut rice pudding :oops:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
