I have decided to do a daily food diary because I'm wanting to be on top of absolutely everything!

Saturday 19/01:

BREAKFAST: 1/2 c. of blueberries, 1/2 c. special K, 1/2 c. skim milk

SNACK: Nectarine and cucumber

LUNCH: 2 pieces of bread, tin of tuna, slice of Kraft free singles, spinach leaves and pepsi max

SNACK: 65g pita chips (sour cream and chilli flavour)

DINNER: Large salad and tin of tuna on one slice of olive bread and glass of diet coke [wasn't hungry - but needed to eat something simple]

(I drink my water every single day - so no need to worry there)

Sunday 20/1

Breakfast: Special K, blueberries, skim milk

Morning tea: Nectarine

Lunch: Tuna, cheese, mayo, spinach sandwich

Afternoon tea: Pita chips

Dinner: Chicken rice paper wraps and salad

Monday 21/1:
