On arising: aloe vera/ filtered water.

Breakfast: 2 weetbix, skim milk, strawberries.

Snack: 10 nuts, 1/2 punnet mixed blueberries/ strawberries.

Meal: 1 tin tuna, 1 egg, 10g cheese, mushrooms, tomato, avacado.

OUT: 3 glasses of wine

** At home: protein shake with skim milk

TOTAL CALS: 1350
