2 vitabrits a little muesli with strawberries and bananas
a muesli bar from work
madras pie with chutney
a couple of grapes
omellete with beans, tomato capsicum and salad. 1/2 an apple cup of tea
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
