My plan for today

Breakfast
banana diet shake

Snack
grapes

Lunch
1 slice of brown bread & cheese

Snack
nectarine

Dinner
Steak
Salad

Breakfast
2 vitabrits with some muesli strawberies and banana

Lunch
about a cup of the leftover dahl and rice, 1/2 a cup of salad leftover, 1/4 an apple

Snack
a tangerine

dinner
apricot chicken curry with rice.
cup of hot cocoa (coca powder unsweetened, a little milk and hot water)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
