Breakfast - Optislim shake, Half serve of bran
Morning snacks - Mintabolism bar, Home made protein bar, 100g natural yoghurt, 200g watermelon
Afternoon snacks - Musashi SLM RTD, Almonds, Pumpkin protein slice, Chick Nuts 25g
Dinner - Frittata w. steamed veg & 200mL wine
Evening snacks - Diet jelly, 25g soy cheese

1800 cal all up. A bit high, but a LOT lower than yesterday (not going to talk about that one!!!)

On arising: aloe vera/ minerals

Breakfast: 2 weetbix, skim milk, strawbs and blueberries, 10 nuts, benefibre.

Meal: tin flavoured tuna, lettuce, 10 almonds

Snack: choc mousse, strawberries/ blueberries.

Meal: Bread roll with avacado spread, tomatoes, small potato

Green tea Water 2LTrs

TOTAL CALS: 1350

Breakfast: CS chocolate shake

Snack: 1/2 orange

Lunch: CS banana shake

Snack: 1/2 orange

Dinner: chicken and veges

Snack: jelly
