Breakfast - Optislim shake, Half serve of bran
Morning snacks - Mintabolism bar, Home made protein bar, 100g natural yoghurt, 200g watermelon
Afternoon snacks - Musashi SLM RTD, Almonds, Pumpkin protein slice, Chick Nuts 25g
Dinner - Frittata w. steamed veg & 200mL wine
Evening snacks - Diet jelly, 25g soy cheese
1800 cal all up. A bit high, but a LOT lower than yesterday (not going to talk about that one!!!)
