Overnight - Soy cheese 40g & Chick nuts 25g :evil: :evil: (kicked myself this morning when I realised what I had done!!!!)
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Morning snack - SS Snack Attack bar
Lunch - Optislim shake
Afternoon snacks - Veggie sticks, Almonds x15, Pumpkin soup
Dinner - Tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly, Soy icecream

1500 cal

Breakfast - small piece of frittata
lunch - didn't end up being able to have lunch :roll: naughty I know but didn't get time
snack - handful of nuts
dinner - salad and meat of some sort

Snack: 1/2 apple and 3 sticks of carrots
Lunch: CS shake
Dinner: Lean Cuisine's honey mustard chicken

On arising: aloe and minerals

Breakfast: 2 weetbix, skim milk, strawberries/ blueberries, benefibre.

snacks: blueberries/ strawberries/ 1 tbsp peanut butter.

Meal: bread roll, tuna, mustard.

Snack: low carb diabetic dark chocolate

Meal: 2 toast wholemeal, 1 tsp honey, green tea.

Snack: protein shake with maximum greens/ skim milk


An improvement for my cals. today is a medium to high day.

Vibratone 5 mins. but worked today so walked around alot.
