breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries and banana

snack
some grapes

lunch
2 slices of toast with vegemite and a nectarine

snack
some dried fruit cashew nuts and sunflower seeds

dinner
kidney bean tacos with salad toppings.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
