Snack - Bran 45g
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - SS Binge Buster bar, coffee
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snacks - Veggie sticks, Almonds x12, Natural yoghurt 100g
Dinner - Tofu 120g w. steamed veg, Diet jelly, Hot chocolate

Total of 1100cal

A bit low... so will add either a small serve of pumpkin soup, or some protein crunch after dinner/before bed, add extra 100cal :)

Hey thanks :)

I have no will power though :oops:

For example:
Delete from my list the planned evening snack, add a protein bar, a sickening variety of all sorts of mouthfuls of food (picking... errrrr) plus a boost ice cream somewhere in the middle of that.

Total somewhere around 1300cals :roll:

On arising: aloe vera and filtered water.

Breakfast: 2 weetbix, rev milk, 1 tbsp natural yoghurt, benefibre, frozen rasperries

Snack: Chocolate mousse with hazelnuts.

Meal: Chicken, broccholi, tzaeki,

Snack: 1 choc mint buscuit and half a capuccino (I was at the hairdressers)

Snack: hazelnuts, choc mousse.

Snacks: tzaeki, half carrot.
