Overnight - Soy icecream 2 serves :evil: :roll:
Snack - Bran
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Home made protein bar
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snacks - Tuna pouch, Salad, Pumpkin soup
Dinner - Soy sausages w. steamed veg
Dessert - Diet jelly... and NO icecream, because there's none left!!! :evil:

Total 1350 cals

Picking festival was kicked into full swing in my house last night! From memory: a protein bar, a boost icecream (searched the freezer and found it, damn!), two tins of tuna and an assortment of mouthfuls of bran, protein crunch, almonds, and protein powder :oops: I don't know how many calories, just lots! Feeling a little unwell this morning :cry:

OK so here's how my day started! (badly :oops: )


3 slices of raisin toast :oops: I love it so much!
Gloria Jeans skim milk, decaf cappuccino


Shaved chicken and salad.


Fish in light batter with vegetables

Desert : Rock-melon

1350 cals

Up&Go Energise popper for breakfast

Small tin of tuna at around 11am

Small glass of milo at around 2pm

Another small tin of tuna now at a bit before 4pm

Need to have some veges for the next small meal.

break - 40gm special k, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 banana, 250ml v8
snack - cluster cup
lunch - turkey, avacado, lettuce, philly, mushroom, weight watchers dress on wholegrain bread
snack - be natural trail bar
dinner - weight watchers vegetable lasagne

Arvo - 20 rice crackers

Dinner - Veg stirfry

On awakening: aloe vera/ filtered water

Breakfast: 2 weetbix with organic yoghurt, benebibre, raspberries, skim milk.

Snack: Yoghurt, raspberries, hazelnuts, protein bar.

Meal: fish sauteed in garlic and lemon juice herbs, 1 small wholemeal bread roll, mustard, * small serve of hot chips.

Snack: Gluten free bread with peanut butter.

Snack: peach, green tea, half of a chocolate mousse frozen.


Am i eating too many cals?

1550 sounds great. If you're worried, check out my edited food diary above, that will make you feel better I'm sure :lol:
