Breakfast
3 vitabrits with strawberries and banana

snack
grapes, watermelon, honeydew and some crackers with cheese and dip

lunch
bean salad

snack
nectarine

dinner
risotto (minimal oil and cheese, no butter)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
