Todays Plan

Breakfast
2 rashers of shortback bacon
2 scrambled eggs
2 cups of coffee

Linner (my word for lunch and dinner)
a ham and salad horseshoe roll

Snacks (visitors coming over that's why I cut out one meal during the day)
Garlic and chives dip with veggies carrot and capsicum to dip with.
Seeds (pumpkin and sunflower) nuts and dried fruit nibblies.
2 glasses of wine

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries and banana

Lunch
an egg salad sandwich on wholemeal bread

Dinner
lentil Dahl with rice
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
