Pre gym snack - Half serve of bran
Breakfast - Optislim shake
Snack - Atkins morning shine bar
Lunch - Optislim shake
Snack - Almonds x15, Veggie sticks
Pre gym snack - Natural yoghurt 100g, ACT energy drink
Dinner - BBQ Soy sausages w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
Drinks - Wine (250mL max)

1450 cal, provided I don't stuff up later tonight!!

On arising: aloe and minerals
Breakfast: 2 weetbix, raspberry, skim milk, benefibre

Snack: almonds/ strawbs.

Meal: Tin tuna, gluten free bread, peaut butter.

Snack: garlic dip with bread stick pieces

MEal: 2 pieces of gf bread. 2 eggs chilli, low fat ricotta.

Snack: yoghurt, raspberries, hazelnuts.
